Founded on passion.

Studio3. was founded in 2025 by Harry Reece, following 20 years in the industry at every level, including Managing Director of a well-regarded regional practice.

Harry has deep, longstanding roots in Shropshire and has built an extensive network across the county, Cheshire, and North and Mid Wales. With early experience at a globally recognised firm and subsequent years in a respected local practice, he has delivered projects across both domestic and commercial sectors, ranging from £50k residential works through to public schemes in excess of £50m.

The practice was founded on a simple but important principle: that every client deserves hands-on, Director-led engagement throughout their project. That approach has resonated. Clients value the relationship they build with someone who genuinely shares their passion and vision, and who remains involved from the very first conversation through to completion.

The team has grown quickly since those early days. We are investing in the next generation of talent, training ambitious individuals who we believe will become standout professionals in the industry, whilst also strengthening our Senior Leadership Team in 2026.

Our Vision,

As a team, we are led by passion and a genuine commitment to continual improvement. This runs through everything we do, from the way we handle initial enquiries and develop design concepts, to the way we problem solve on site and engage with our local community, supporting clubs and charities along the way.

We firmly believe that with the right mindset and a valued client relationship, truly amazing solutions and strategies become possible, delivering results that go beyond what was first imagined.

The relationship between a client and their design team should feel natural, never forced. We respect our clients, our clients trust us, and we make a point of enjoying the journey together wherever we can.

Studio3 is a practice that will continue to adapt and evolve, embracing new policies, emerging materials and evolving specifications to ensure that every project we deliver is considered, elegant, fit for purpose and built to stand the test of time.

Testimonials

Why work with Studio3?

I appointed Studio3. to help appraise some land we were purchasing. Harry was extremely knowledgeable, and his out of the box thinking actually helped unlock greater development potential from the site than we thought was achievable. Really looking forward to that site progressing, and working with the Studio3. team on the next one!

From our 1st meeting with Studio 3 we knew Harry and his team where the right fit for us. They understood our vision from day 1 and their attention to detail was on another level. They guided us through every step of the build and nothing was ever too much for them. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for that personal touch.
