Project timelines vary depending on complexity and scale. Typically, the design phase takes 3-6 months subject to a client’s availability. Planning Applications can vary between 2-3 months, and building regulations / tender works circa 3months subject to complexity of proposals for external specialists such as Structural Engineers. Throughout the journey, we provide realistic timelines and regular updates to ensure each of our clients is aware of how their scheme is progressing.
