Harry founded the practice in 2025 after more than twenty years in the industry and over a thousand projects across England and Wales, and he remains very much hands on. With the appointment of Kieran Trow as Associate Director, Studio 3 now operates as a genuinely Director led practice, meaning your project is led by people whose experience you can draw on at every stage, not passed to junior team members or handed down the line.
We believe this matters. Clients should be able to call on real experience when decisions need to be made, and our team should learn and develop within an engaging, supportive environment where knowledge is shared rather than siloed. That culture is part of our core values and directly shapes the quality of the work we produce.
Initial Site Visit.
Our process begins with a visit to your site. We come to understand the location, the setting and the constraints that will influence what is possible, and we listen carefully to what you want to achieve. From there, we establish an initial strategy tailored to your site, your budget and your ambitions.
We then write to you setting out our recommended approach, any external consultant requirements we anticipate, and our fee. This is always agreed as a fixed sum, so you know exactly what you are paying for before you commit. No open ended hourly billing, no surprises further down the line. We believe transparency at the outset is the foundation of a good working relationship.
