We engaged Studio3 to create a number of plans for a property we were going to renovate/rebuild, and to provide us with planning advice and assistance. Harry’s design ideas were exceptional. His vision and creativity are amazing. He totally nailed the brief we gave him and yet brought so much more to our own ideas. Our interior and finishing service is led by Becky, who brings years of hands on experience finishing homes and investment properties.

Becky works alongside our architectural team to make sure the design intent carried through the drawings is delivered in the final building, from the overall palette down to the smallest detail. Here is how we can help and what we find ourselves working on;

Colour palettes, carefully composed for each property and market to avoid the generic colour washes that leave a scheme blending in with its competitors
Lighting strategies, including positioning, layering and fitting specification to show each space at its best
Interior detailing, such as wall panelling, floor finishes, interior doors and skirting details
Materiality within the interior space, ensuring texture, tone and quality work together throughout
Representing you or leading on your Kitchen designer meetings, one of the most valuable rooms in any property, configured for how the market will actually use it

Working with your wider team

Where a property is to be rented or lived in, we are happy to work alongside your interior designer on soft finishes and furnishings, bringing our eye for detail to the process while respecting their lead on the decoration.

We can also represent you at designer meetings, making sure the decisions taken are the right ones for the property and its value, and saving you the time of being in every conversation yourself.

From Investors to homeowners

This service was originally created for investors and developers, making sure the great design from our architectural team is finished internally to a standard that reflects the need and the value of the scheme.

Since then it has naturally grown, and we now support homeowners too, bringing the same considered approach to private projects where the finish matters just as much.
